Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

1. All returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of the customer’s receipt of products.

2. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached, boxed items can be opened but all packaging must be included in the return.

3. To return an item , place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail return to us. Please note, customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

4.After we receive your returned items and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange of products or exchange of sizes.

5. Refunds are in store credits to purchase items in the store and not cash refunds. Please note a 20% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns, while all sales are final on discounted items and they cannot be returned.
